When you make an appointment, we hold the time necessary to provide a great service for you. Please respect our time by giving us at least 24 hours notice if you’re unable to keep the appointment. We try to accommodate our clients, and when someone cancels with short notice, or fails to show up, not only does it leave a void in our day, it also prevents us from booking another client in that spot.Upon booking a 2 hour or longer appointment, we may require a deposit of $50.00 plus HST, that will go toward the final cost of the service. If you do not give 24 hour notice to cancel, this deposit will not be refunded.If you miss an appointment without adequate notice, we will require you to prepay for your next appointment. Thank you for your understanding.
